Here are some helpful reminders and upcoming event information we would like to share with all of our residents:

RESIDENT REMINDERS

Summer is approaching quickly, and the temperature is beginning to rise. During the summer months, it is important to ensure that all HVAC systems are being properly maintained. Part of this maintenance involves changing the air filter, which should be done on a monthly basis.

We have replacement filters for both 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the office that we can provide you with free of charge.

In observance of the upcoming Memorial Day Holiday, our office will be open from 10:00am – 4:00pm on Monday, May 25, 2015. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In case of a maintenance emergency, please call ^PropertyPhone^ and follow the prompts. Leave your Name, Apartment Number and Emergency and one of our on-site maintenance staff members will contact you shortly.

UPCOMING EVENTS

Don't miss the Pecan Street Festival this weekend!

The Pecan Street Festival, one of Central Texas’ oldest and most popular events, is a free two-day arts festival held each spring and fall in downtown Austin’s charming Sixth Street Historic District. Every May and September, the street fills with hundreds of local and national artisans offering handcrafted creations in all sorts of 2D and 3D media.

visit http://pecanstreetfestival.org/ for more information.

Although the holiday is commonly mistaken for Mexico’s Independence Day, Cinco de Mayo actually commemorates the Mexican army’s 1862 victory over France at the Battle of Puebla. A relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage. Today, revelers mark the occasion with parades, parties, mariachi music, Mexican folk dancing and traditional foods.
